Great location in the heart of the city, close to the old town and various attractions. Breakfast was quite nice, with a good variety of choices. The staff, although their English was limited, were helpful and tried their best to assist us.
The hotel needs some serious renovations, as it is outdated and in poor condition. The rooms were not well cleaned, with stained carpets and dirty wallpaper.

For what we paid, the hotel provided decent value for money. During our stay over Christmas, the hotel was decorated nicely, which was a nice touch. the location was great, being close to the attractions we wanted to visit. the hotel also offered a shuttle service to the nearby shopping mall, which was convenient.
The staff at the hotel didn't speak much English, which made communication a bit difficult at times. the food options were limited and expensive, so we ended up having to venture out to find meals elsewhere.
